A new era in cutting diamonds has arrived. It takes the craftsmanship of a master cutter to unveil the beauty of a diamond. The Cento diamond is cut from the finest rough available and the 100 facets of the Cento diamond makes it the most unique and individual diamond today, capturing the ultimate fire. These additional facets allow the light to reflect and refract to create an exceptionally high degree of scintillating brilliance.
The Cento Diamond has nine fold symmetry with 100 facets. The standard diamond has eight fold symmetry with 57/58 facets. Roberto Coin design's his diamonds to display brilliant light, which is dispersed to create as much "fire" as possible. Upon inspection, a floral pattern within the diamond is revealed. This masterpiece takes an astounding 12-15 hours to cut. A traditional diamond takes 6-8 hours! Cento diamonds are certified, laser inscribed, and are completely conflict free.
