My experiences with Elaine at Hingham Jewelers have been wonderful. The first time I worked with her, I brought in my grandmother’s wedding band and engagement ring (they had been fused together many years ago and spots on the band had weakened and cracked over time). With Elaine’s assistance and expertise we created 2 new rings, using the preexisting stones. They turned out so beautifully! My second time working with her was on another ring (from my other grandmother). We did the same thing - extracted the stones and reworked them into a band that was more my style. So now I have 2 sets of beautiful rings (both heirlooms from my grandmothers, that live side by side on my left hand) made possible by Elaine’s expertise and eye. 10/10 recommend!!

So my nana bought all our jewelry here but so did my Dad. And he had my mom's engagement ring custom designed here in 1989. My family has sworn by this place for decades so I knew if anyone could restore this ring it would be you guys! The repair was more than I ever thought possible and so much better than I dared to hope for! Thank you so much for giving me back something so special!

I could not be happier with my experience at Hingham Jewelers. This was my first experience with them and specifically with Emily, whose help was outstanding. Not only did they handle some minor repairs very well; but Emily's help on the redesign of a ring was professional and executed perfectly. The end result is exactly what I had envisioned and my husband and I could not be happier.
Although this was my first experience with them, it will not be my last. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for the very best service and quality from very helpful, friendly staff.

So I lost my original wedding ring. Pretty certain my dog ate it, as I’ve found other rings in its mouth. Yes, embarrassing. However, I’ve forever loved and missed this ring. I have searched for replicas online—finally found one. I asked Ellyn if her company could replicate it. They did — it’s pure perfection. I’m happily wearing it.
