Hingham Jewelers will forever be our families favorite jewelry store. I have 3 daughters and a granddaughter and have purchased everyone(including myself) an add a pearl necklace. My late mother-in-law began this tradition & Hingham Jewelers has made it an always perfect experience when purchasing additional pearls in person and have also gone above and beyond to work with me from 1,000 miles away. They have made family heirlooms that are beautiful & wonderfully made. The attention to detail cannot be matched. I know this to be true after my husband used a local jeweler(in NC) to make a gift attempting to replicate the same necklace. The local jewelers work simply cannot compare. The pearl split and clasp broke after a very short time. The necklace my husband had made in NC was turned to scrap gold. Lesson learned. I returned to Hingham for their superior quality and craftsmanship and will simply only ever use them. It arrived today and I honestly could not be happier with it. The people at the store truly listened and cared and made sure to make a strong piece that is elegant and will be added to as the family grows. For superior quality, I will always only use Hingham Jewelers! They’re our family’s treasure!

So my nana bought all our jewelry here but so did my Dad. And he had my mom's engagement ring custom designed here in 1989. My family has sworn by this place for decades so I knew if anyone could restore this ring it would be you guys! The repair was more than I ever thought possible and so much better than I dared to hope for! Thank you so much for giving me back something so special!

I could not be happier with my experience at Hingham Jewelers. This was my first experience with them and specifically with Emily, whose help was outstanding. Not only did they handle some minor repairs very well; but Emily's help on the redesign of a ring was professional and executed perfectly. The end result is exactly what I had envisioned and my husband and I could not be happier. Although this was my first experience with them, it will not be my last. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for the very best service and quality from very helpful, friendly staff.

So I lost my original wedding ring. Pretty certain my dog ate it, as I’ve found other rings in its mouth. Yes, embarrassing. However, I’ve forever loved and missed this ring. I have searched for replicas online—finally found one. I asked Ellyn if her company could replicate it. They did — it’s pure perfection. I’m happily wearing it. Thank you Ellyn — and Hingham Jewelers. I’m a very happy client.

Recently picked up new Swiss Army watch dealt with sales guy Joe - pleasure to deal with. Found these folks last year had several watches that needed repair they were able to repair at reasonable cost 👍👍

The recent service I experienced from Elaine at Hingham Jewelers was wonderful. Living in Canada, it was a challenge for me to send the right gift to my granddaughter in Hingham for her First Communion, and Elaine suggested a beautiful locket which she was able to wrap and hand deliver at quite short notice. My granddaughter loves it, and I so appreciate the personal attention given to me from such a distance. Thank you so very much!

I brought in ruby/diamond ring and earrings I wasn’t wearing. Thanks to Joe’s keen guidance and creativity, a few months later I walked out with a custom masterpiece!! I couldn’t be more thrilled! The result is a stunning original ring I will cherish for my lifetime!!

At the end of the 2020 school year my daughter’s class wanted to thank their teacher for all of her work during this unique year. I contacted Hingham Jewelers and they worked with me to design a lovely engraved charm and chain that will remind their teacher of how much we appreciated her efforts this year. We didn’t have much time to organize the gift but the staff at Hingham Jewelers made it an easy process and they had it wrapped and ready to be given very quickly. I had a very old zircon ring given to me by my favorite (now passed) aunt. In the process of building up the shaft of the ring, another jeweler further scratched a already fragile stone. I decided to get another stone and have them set it in my aunt\'s ring. Long story short, it fell out within 2 weeks and by some miracle, my coworker found the new stone, I took it, the old setting and my aunt\'s damaged zircon to Hingham Jewelers. They repaired my aunt\'s setting and put the new stone in and polished the damaged zircon so it looks a lot better and helped me to pick out a new moderately priced sterling setting that would allow me to continue to wear and cherish it. I now have 2 beautiful rings. Joe was wonderful, patient and friendly. I wouldn\'t go anywhere else. My sincere thanks for understanding that sentimental value is just as important as monetary value!

You have to see Joe! He has helped me from my wife’s engagement ring to my annual gift. He is patient and honest, and I learned a lot without any pressure. I wouldn’t recommend anyone besides him and it has to be at Hingham Jewlers they bring nothing but quality and fair pricing. Absolutely love them.

I recently came in to have a lost engagement ring replaced, and received totally outstanding service. Joe and Emily worked tirelessly for several months to ensure that my replacement ring was absolutely perfect. They also handled the insurance company with complete professionalism. They honestly went above and beyond every step of the way, with complete transparency the entire time. They were both so friendly, courteous, and kind (as losing one's engagement ring can be really emotional), keeping up constant communication through phone calls and emails. They worked as an impressive team to ensure that I was a thoroughly satisfied customer. Additionally, every time I come into the store, the entire staff is so warm and welcoming - no matter if I'm in for a cleaning, a question, or a purchase. Overall, the customer service - and the quality of jewelry - is tops. I am, for sure, a trusting and lifelong customer - and have made many recommendations to friends, as well!
