There is endless information about diamonds, allowing couples to understand the grading process. All of this is a great warm-up for visiting one of our trained professionals in store.
In-Store Benefit #1: Picking the Style
Even though it’s easy to fill a Pinterest board with ring styles you love, actually seeing how a style looks on your finger is so important.
Would you pick a wedding dress based only on internet photos? Probably not. And you’re only wearing that dress for one day. You’ll be wearing your engagement ring for years to come!
More often than not, when a couple comes in to try on styles in person, we find that their favorite style when they leave is different than when they walked in.
We have dozens of different styles in store, allowing you to mix and match until you find a ring that you absolutely love on your own finger.
In-Store Benefit #2: Picking the Stone
Selecting a diamond online is really challenging.
For example, it’s almost impossible to get a true sense of color and clarity online.
Color, or the whiteness of the stone, really needs to be assessed in person. You’d be surprised how noticeable the difference is between an H color and a J color stone, even though those grades are close together on the scale.
When you visit us in person, we can show you stones side-by-side, pointing out these subtle differences. So often we see clients who purchase something online, thinking they are getting a deal, only to be disappointed by what arrives in the mail. Then they turn to us to show them the options in person.
In-Store Benefit #3: The Service
This is arguably the biggest benefit on the list. When you choose to shop with us, you’re joining our family. Your diamond specialist is working for you, sourcing exactly what you want. You can tell us exactly what you want to spend, or exactly which quality stone you want, and we'll come up with options for you.

For example, if you need to have the engagement ring sized after it is presented, we don’t have to ship your ring anywhere. Bring in your ring and our team of Goldsmiths will take care of it.
We also offer free cleaning and inspection every day. Literally every day you could come in to have your ring checked and cleaned. That’s a tremendous value.
And then you’re ready to insure you’re ring, we provide you with an appraisal. All you have to do is send that document to your insurance company and you’re covered.
