
Our showroom is once again open for browsing.
We are now open for your shopping, design, and repair needs Tuesday-Saturday, 10 AM-5 PM.
Here is what to expect when you visit us:
IN-STORE EXPERIENCE
In accordance with state guidelines, no more than 10 people will be allowed in our showroom at a time. If we meet that threshold, we may briefly ask you to wait outside until someone else leaves. You’ll notice, just outside of our front door, an area with 6 ft. separation markings to help you maintain a safe distance from others while you wait.
Once inside, while you browse our collection of fine jewelry and timepieces, members of our team will be wearing face coverings. We ask that all visitors do the same.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the store, for both you and our specialists.
As always, each piece of jewelry will be cleaned after any physical interaction.
In an effort to limit the number of people in the store, no repairs will be done while you wait until further notice.
APPOINTMENTS
Our in-store service is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. To limit your contact with others, and any potential wait time, you’re welcome to schedule an appointment with a member of our sales, design, or repair team.
Once we receive your request we will confirm that we have time set aside just for you.
CURBSIDE SERVICE AVAILABLE
If you’re not quite ready to visit us in the showroom, curbside service will remain available. Most of our collection is available online, allowing you to select a gift from home before picking it up curbside.
Please contact us ahead of time, or make a note in your online order, to coordinate a curbside pick-up so we are ready for you.
