
Following updated guidance from Governor Baker, we are able to expand the services we offer, while still adhering to strict health standards.
We remain open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM-2 PM.
Here’s what we are offering during those hours:
SHOPPING
Our shopping specialists are available for real-time consults, by phone, text, or e-mail.
Once you’ve selected a gift with a specialist, you can it pick it up curbside at our store. Shipping and complimentary wrapping remain available as well.
Remember, you can shop our selection of fine jewelry and timepieces 24/7 on our website. Orders or inquiries received outside of normal business hours will be processed as soon as possible.
REPAIRS
We are pleased to once again offer repair services during Phase 1 of the state’s re-opening.
Through a limited contact, curbside process we will handle your pieces with care.
Please keep in mind that during Phase 1, to limit contact and ensure strict sanitation standards are met, no repair work will be done while you wait. We will call or text you once your repair is complete, and then it can be picked up curbside at our store.
APPOINTMENTS
We understand the importance of limiting time and contacts outside of your home. If you would like to set up a one-on-one appointment with a member of our design or sales team, please call, text, or e-mail us.
Otherwise curbside services will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
SANITATION STANDARDS
Current state guidelines require that our physical showroom remain closed during Phase 1. While we work inside, our design and sales specialists will continue to wear face coverings, have access to hand sanitizer, and be encouraged to maintain 6-feet separation whenever possible.
We will extend those same health standards to curbside service during interaction with our guests.
