Custom Creation: Combining Wedding Bands

Look in your jewelry box. You'll likely find a piece of jewelry, perhaps something very sentimental, that you no longer wear. But why? Chances are we can fix that, bringing an old piece back to life.

That's exactly what happened in this case.

This wide carved band is our customer’s original wedding ring, and the claddagh belonged to her late husband. She had been on the fence about sizing her wedding band after he passed a couple years ago, but finally decided she wanted to combine the two and wear them again.

Our expert Goldsmith sized the carved band and then soldered the hands from the claddagh on top of the spot where the ring was sized to hide the blank section.

The result is gorgeous and she was absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
