When starting a custom project, we first ask that you make an appointment with a member of our design team. During the consultation, we will discuss what type of piece you want. We'll also look through any pieces you want to incorporate into the new design, like an original engagement ring, or a piece of jewelry passed down through the family. Our experts will then come up with a design for your approval. A custom design project can take anywhere from a few days, to a few months.
