How much time do I need to create the right ring?
This question comes up often, and there is a range of answers. We have engagement rings that are made up, and ready to be purchased.
You can walk into our store, and our experts will help you select the right ring that same day.
If you would like to view different diamonds, or custom design a ring, you should plan on leaving at least a month for the process.
How much should I spend on an engagement ring?
There is no right or wrong answer to this question. You should spend what you feel comfortable with. No matter your budget, we will work with you to create a ring that your significant other will love.
What happens if the ring doesn’t fit?
When designing the perfect ring, we’ll work with you to estimate your loved one’s ring size. Sometimes this is an educated guess, but don’t worry, that’s okay!
We are here to make sure the engagement ring fits perfectly. In most cases our team of Goldsmiths can easily size engagement rings after they are presented, if they do need to be made a bit bigger or smaller.
Do I need to insure the engagement ring?
Each new piece of jewelry from our store, including an engagement ring, is eligible for a complimentary appraisal that can be sent to your insurance company.
If you are traveling to propose, and want immediate coverage on your ring, we can also assist you in getting that set up.
When do I buy the wedding bands?
Wedding bands do not need to be purchased when the engagement ring is purchased. Typically couples will come back, together, a couple months before the wedding date to select perfect bands.
