One of our long time clients recently stopped into our store with a collection of pieces she had in her jewelry box. She didn't want to part with any of them, but they weren't being worn.
She wanted to combine them into one new piece in celebration of her upcoming anniversary.
Our design specialist suggested a necklace.
Our Goldsmith first unset the diamonds from the original pieces, so we could get exact measurements from the stones.
Then we created a series of mock-ups, placing the largest stone we had to work with in the center of the necklace. We surrounded it with a halo of matched smaller diamonds.
All the client needed was the chain, and the metal for her stones. All the diamonds we used were her own.
The end result was gorgeous, giving these pieces an entire new look while still holding on to all the memories accumulated over the years.
