We mark our jewelry at one fair price that reflects all of those characteristics. You won't see us discounting pieces just to make a sale. Jewelry is a work of art. We treat it that way.
Plus, it's never fun, as a customer, to purchase an item only to see the same piece discounted a week later. We want our clients to get what they like, when they want it, and feel good about the purchase. Jewelry is supposed to be fun, not stressful!
For special orders, custom designs, and repairs, we often provide estimates to our clients, so there is full transparency in what a project will cost. We make clear what those estimates include--labor, parts, etc.--so there are not any hidden fees upon completion .
