That's what this client wanted to do before Christmas.
She came to us with a host of "old" jewelry that was no longer worn. Much of it came from her own mother.
From these rings, each featuring round diamonds, she wanted to create two necklaces for her daughters. That way they could have jewelry from their grandmother, without feeling as though they were wearing pieces that were out of date.
We made two of these "Y" style necklaces in yellow gold. Each necklace features a bezel set diamond originally from the rings.
Then, from an unworn sapphire bracelet we created this white gold "by-the yard" style necklace.
The blue sapphires are bezel set and spaced across the necklaces. These are perfect for layering!
